Blake M. Roney
Chairman of the Board

Blake Roney serves as Chairman of the Board of Nu Skin Enterprises. He became the founding President and Chief Executive Officer of Nu Skin International in 1984 and served in that capacity until May 1998. He was named Chairman of the Board of Nu Skin Enterprises when the company went public in November 1996. Mr. Roney earned an academic degree in business finance from Brigham Young University's Marriott School of Management in 1983. He serves on several boards and is active in civic and church organizations.

Steven J. Lund
Chief Executive Officer

Steven J. Lund has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Nu Skin Enterprises since its formation in November 1996. He recently accepted a three-year leadership assignment to serve as a volunteer in the missionary program for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (effective July 2003). Therefore, Mr. Truman Hunt was named President of Nu Skin Enterprises on January 7, 2003 and will also be named Chief Executive Officer in May 2003 during the Annual Shareholders Meeting. Mr. Lund will continue to be involved in the company's direction on a limited basis until his return in July 2006.

Prior to heading Nu Skin Enterprises, Mr. Lund served as Executive Vice President of Nu Skin International from its inception in 1984. Before joining Nu Skin, he was an attorney in private practice. He is a member of the Direct Selling Association Board of Directors and is also a current member of the WFDSA CEO Council. Mr. Lund earned a B.A. degree from Brigham Young University and a J.D. degree from BYU's J. Reuben Clark Law School.

M. Truman Hunt
President

Truman Hunt was appointed President of Nu Skin Enterprises in January 2003. As President, he directly oversees the operations of each of the company's product divisions. Mr. Hunt will also assume the role as Chief Executive Officer at the annual shareholder meeting in May 2003, due to Mr. Steve Lund's acceptance of a three-year leadership assignment in the missionary program of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Prior to his current appointment, Mr. Hunt served as Vice President and General Counsel from May 1998 to January 2003. He was also named Executive Vice President of Nu Skin Enterprises in January 2000. He served as Vice President, Legal Affairs, from September 1996 to May 1998. Prior to joining Nu Skin, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Better Living Products, Inc., a Nu Skin affiliate involved in the manufacture and distribution of houseware products sold through traditional retail channels. Prior to joining Better Living Products in 1991, he was a securities and business attorney in private practice. Mr. Hunt earned a B.S. degree from Brigham Young University and a J.D. degree from the University of Utah.

Ritch Wood
Chief Financial Officer

Ritch Wood was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in November 2002. Mr. Wood had served as Vice President of Finance since July 2002. He was promoted to Vice President, New Market Development in May 2001 after working as the Director of Finance, New Market Development since January 1997. Previously, Mr. Wood served as the Division Controller for Pharmanex from 1999 to the beginning of 2001. Mr. Wood played a key role in opening many countries for Nu Skin business in Europe, living in the Netherlands and working as the Regional Financial Controller for two years, from 1995 to 1997. Prior to his expatriate assignment in Europe, he served as the Assistant Director of International Tax. A certified public accountant, Mr. Wood worked for the international accounting firm of Grant Thornton prior to joining Nu Skin Enterprises in 1993. Mr. Wood earned a B.S. and Master of Accountancy, Taxation emphasis, from Brigham Young University in 1991.

Corey B. Lindley
Executive Vice President; President, Greater China

Corey Lindley was appointed President of Greater China in August 2002 and has been residing in Shanghai, China since that time. His responsibilities include the oversight of the company's businesses in Taiwan, Hong Kong, as well as mainland China. He had been serving as Chief Financial Officer of Nu Skin Enterprises since its formation in November 1996. In addition, he was named Executive Vice President in January 2000. Previously, he oversaw Nu Skin's global expansion as the Managing Director of International Development from 1993 to 1996. He also served as International Controller of Nu Skin International and Regional Director of Asia from 1991 to 1993 while living in Hong Kong and Japan. From 1990 to 1991, he served as Nu Skin's Assistant Director of Finance. A certified public accountant, he worked for the accounting firm of Deloitte and Touche prior to joining Nu Skin in 1990. Mr. Lindley earned a B.S. degree from Brigham Young University and an M.B.A. degree from Utah State University.

Sandie N. Tillotson
Senior Vice President

Sandie Tillotson serves as Senior Vice President of Nu Skin Enterprises. In 1984, Sandie helped found Nu Skin International, and assisted in the development of the original Nu Skin product line and establishment of the global marketing plan. She served as Vice President of Nu Skin International from 1984 through 1998. In 1993, Ms. Tillotson was named one of the top 10 female business owners in the U.S. by Working Woman magazine. In 2001, Ms. Tillotson was named one of the 50 "Women of the New Millennium" by Feminine Fortunes magazine. She was awarded this honor along with the likes of Katie Couric, Oprah Winfrey, Sandra Day O'Connor and Marion Jones. Sandie earned a B.S. degree in Education from Brigham Young University and has taught in various Utah public schools. Today, Sandie enjoys her many roles as a mother, philanthropist and businesswoman.

Brooke B. Roney
Senior Vice President

Brooke Roney serves as a Senior Vice President of Nu Skin Enterprises. He served as a Vice President of Nu Skin International from 1992 to 1998. Previously, he served as Vice President of Distribution for Nu Skin International where he played a vital role in developing Nu Skin's state-of-the-art product distribution system. He acquired his expertise in warehouse operations through several years of facility management experience.

Max L. Pinegar
Senior Vice President

Mr. Pinegar has served as a Senior Vice President and a member of the company's Executive Committee since January 2000 when he came out of retirement. He previously served as a Senior Vice President from May 1998 until his retirement in December 1998. He served as Vice President and General Manager of Nu Skin International and later Nu Skin Enterprises from July 1989 to May 1998. He received a B.A. degree from Brigham Young University and a M.B.A. degree from the University of Utah.

Robert Conlee
President, Big Planet; Regional Vice President, North Asia

Robert S. Conlee serves as President of Big Planet and as Regional Vice President of North Asia for Nu Skin Enterprises. In his North Asia role Conlee oversees the Japan and Korea operations. Conlee also has global responsibility for the Big Planet Division that develops products and services in the following four categories: technology, including Internet and telephony products; healthy living; education; and recreation. Previously, Conlee served as the Chief Operating Officer at Pharmanex. Prior to this appointment, Conlee served as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales at Pharmanex. He began his career with Nu Skin Enterprises in 1990, starting in international development. After two years, Conlee was transferred from Nu Skin's Utah offices to Nu Skin Japan in Tokyo, where he rose to Vice President of Operations, a position he held from 1996 to 1999. Conlee earned an M.B.A degree from the Tokyo campus of Temple University and a B.A. degree in Japanese from Brigham Young University.

Mark Wolfert
Regional Vice President, The Americas and Europe

Mark A. Wolfert has been Regional Vice President, Americas and Europe since May 2001. Prior to serving in this position, Mr. Wolfert served as Vice President of New Market Development and Latin America Operations from January 1999 through May 2001. Mr. Wolfert was Senior Director of New Market Development from December 1996 through January 1999 and Director of the Legal Department from 1995 to 1996. Prior to joining Nu Skin Enterprises, Mr. Wolfert practiced law. He received a B.A. degree from the University of Utah and a J.D. degree from Brigham Young University's J. Reuben Clark school of Law.

Michael D. Smith
Regional Vice President, South Asia and the Pacific; Vice President, Government and Industry Affairs

Mike Smith serves as Vice President of Government and Industry Affairs. Previously, he held positions as Vice President of North Asia and Asian Operations, General Counsel and Director of Legal Affairs for Nu Skin International. He came to Nu Skin International in 1990 from the U.S. Attorney's office, where he served for 10 years. He also served six years with the Judge Advocate General's Corps of the U.S. Army. He is a retired full colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve. Mr. Smith earned B.S. and M.A. degrees from Brigham Young University and a J.D. degree from the University of Utah.

Lori H. Bush
President, Nu Skin

Lori Bush serves as President of Nu Skin. Previously, Bush served as Vice President of Marketing for Nu Skin. Prior to Nu Skin, she worked at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Products Companies as the Worldwide Executive Director over Skin Care Ventures. She also held the position of Vice President of Professional Marketing at Neutrogena Corporation. Bush earned her B.S. from Ohio State University and M.B.A. from Temple University.

Joseph Y. Chang
President, Pharmanex

Joseph Y. Chang, Ph.D., was appointed as the President of Pharmanex in April 2000. Prior to this appointment, Dr. Chang served as Vice President of Clinical Studies and Pharmacology of Pharmanex since 1997. He was the President and Chief Scientific Officer of Binary Therapeutics, Inc., a development stage company in the biotechnology industry, from 1994 until 1997. Prior to that, he was Director of Drug Discovery at two multinational pharmaceutical companies. Dr. Chang has nearly 20 years of pharmaceutical experience. He received a Ph.D. degree from the University of London and a B.S. degree from Portsmouth University.

Richard W. King
Chief Information Officer

Richard King serves as Chief Information Officer of Nu Skin Enterprises. Prior to working at Nu Skin, Mr. King spent many of his 20 years in the computer industry at Novell, where he worked as an Executive Vice President responsible for the development and marketing of NetWare, the company's flagship product. He received a bachelor's degree in computer science from Brigham Young University.

Mark L. Adams
Vice President, Corporate Services

Mark Adams serves as Vice President of Shared Services for Nu Skin Enterprises. Previously at Nu Skin, he worked as Vice President of Finance and Administration, International Controller and Program Manager for the Nu Skin 2000 Project, a project that involved significant process changes and the implementation of SAP software. Prior to joining Nu Skin, he worked for nine years in the audit division of a major public accounting firm in Salt Lake City. Mr. Adams is a CPA and earned a B.S. and a Master's Degree in Accountancy from Brigham Young University.
