Sandie Tillotson
Senior Vice President

Sandie Tillotson serves as Senior Vice President of Nu Skin Enterprises. In 1984, Sandie helped found Nu Skin International, assisting in the development of the original Nu Skin product line and the establishment of the global marketing plan. She served as Vice President of Nu Skin International from 1984 through 1998. In 1993, Ms. Tillotson was named one of the top 10 female business owners in the U.S. by Working Woman magazine. In 2001, Ms. Tillotson was named one of the 50 "Women of the New Millennium" by Feminine Fortunes magazine. She was awarded this honor along with the likes of Katie Couric, Oprah Winfrey and Sandra Day O'Connor. Sandie earned a Bachelor of Science in education from Brigham Young University and has taught in various Utah public schools. Today, Sandie enjoys her many roles as a mother, philanthropist and businesswoman.

Charles N. Allen
Vice President, Corporate Administrative Services

Charles Allen serves as Vice President of Corporate Administrative Services. Prior to assuming his current responsibilities, Mr. Allen served as Vice President of Corporate Communications from September 2003 through April 2006, and before that as the company's Director of Investor Relations. Mr. Allen has worked in various other financial and communications positions for Nu Skin Enterprises since he joined the company in 1991, including positions as Assistant Director of Finance and Director of Creative Services. He also served as Director of New Market Development, during which time he lived in the Netherlands while assisting with the expansion of the company's operations in Western Europe. After earning a degree in finance from Brigham Young University, Mr. Allen received an MBA in international finance from George Washington University in Washington, D.C.

David Daines
Vice President, Human Resources

David Daines became the Vice President of Human Resources in January of 2008. He has been in the Human Resources department of Nu Skin Enterprises for 11 years, working in areas of training, organizational development and leadership development. Prior to his Nu Skin employment, Daines worked for First Interstate Bank and Intel. Daines obtained a Master of organizational development and a bachelor's degree in sociology from Brigham Young University.

Mark Bartlett, Ph.D.
Vice President, Global Research and Development, Pharmanex

As Vice President of Global Research and Development for Pharmanex, Dr. Mark Bartlett oversees research and development for all Pharmanex® products. Bartlett's research experience includes work in the area of cardiovascular disease with an emphasis on the role of free radicals and antioxidants, transplant research and human autoimmune inflammatory diseases. He has published more than a dozen papers on this work in various scientific journals. Bartlett's research led him to the United States' National Institutes of Health where, as a visiting scientist at the world-renowned National Cancer Institute, he investigated the interaction of T cells with the blood vessel wall.

Bartlett's interest in the role of nutrition in human health and disease led him to join the company in 1996 as a technical specialist and scientific advisor. He has since formulated many supplements and sports food products for the United States, Japan, Taiwan, Korea, Hong Kong, and Australia. Bartlett holds degrees in biochemistry and organic chemistry from the Australian National University and a Ph.D. in Immunology and Cell Biology at the John Curtin School of Medical Research in Canberra, Australia.

Luiz Cerqueira
Senior Vice President, Global Supply Chain

Luiz Cerqueira has assumed global responsibilities for Nu Skin Enterprises' supply chain. The position entails responsibility for timely and cost-effective delivery of quality Pharmanex and Nu Skin products to all markets. Luiz's organization includes Sourcing, Manufacturing (in-house and third parties), Quality Assurance and Quality Control, Supply Management and Logistics/Fulfillment.

Antonia Chang
Vice President, Global Sales Development

Antonia Chang is Vice President of Global Sales Development. She previously served as Vice President of Sales for Greater China. She has been with Nu Skin for more than 11 years and brings with her a wealth of experience in launching new Nu Skin markets in Asia. She was part of the team that opened the Taiwan, Korea, Philippines, Thailand, Singapore and Malaysia offices, and was most recently with Nu Skin Enterprises Singapore where she was General Manager for two years. She holds degrees from Chih-Lee Commercial College in Taipei, Taiwan, and the University of West Florida, Pensacola where she was on the Dean's Honor List.

Jodi Durrant
Vice President, Special Events and Distributor Recognition

Jodi Durrant joined Nu Skin Enterprises in 1986 and is currently Vice President of Events and Distributor Recognition. Jodi oversees global events including the annual sales incentive trip and global convention. Additionally, she is responsible for the development and management of global distributor recognition programs. She is a member of Meeting Professional International and also served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Utah Valley Convention and Visitor's Bureau. Jodi earned her bachelor's degree in communications from Brigham Young University.

Jim Frary
Vice President, Business Integration, Information Technology

Jim Frary acts as the Vice President of Business Integration for Information Technology. Frary has been with Nu Skin Enterprises since 1998 and has held several roles in IT, most recently serving as Vice President of Infrastructure and Application Development. During his tenure with the company, Frary has been heavily involved in building robust technology systems to enable the company's operations in all of their global markets. Prior to joining Nu Skin Enterprises, Frary held engineering and management positions with Computer Science Corporation, Electronic Data System, Ameritech and First Health. He is also a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers, the Society for Information Management, and the customer advisory boards of both HP and Oracle. Frary earned a bachelor's degree in electronic engineering technology from Brigham Young University.

Kevin Fuller
Vice President, Global Product Marketing

Kevin Fuller serves as Vice President of Global Product Marketing for Nu Skin Enterprises. Prior to this appointment, Fuller directed product marketing for Pharmanex. He brings a wealth of prior experience to the position, including nearly 10 years in the direct-selling industry. Before joining Nu Skin Enterprises in 2005, Fuller worked as director of marketing for USANA where he was instrumental in driving that company's growth in the personal care and supplement categories. He holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Utah and an M.B.A. with an emphasis in marketing from Brigham Young University.

Gary Garrett
Vice President, Corporate Relations

Gary Garrett has worked for Nu Skin Enterprises since 1986 and currently serves as Vice President of Corporate Affairs. His assignment includes oversight of Nu Skin's property management and special events areas as well as the Nu Skin Force for Good Foundation. He is also involved in Nu Skin community and public relations. Gary earned a bachelor’s degree in English from Brigham Young University and a master’s degree in public administration from the BYU Marriott School of Management.

Rich Hartvigsen
General Counsel, International; Vice President, Regulatory Affairs

Rich Hartvigsen serves as Vice President of Global Regulatory Affairs and General Counsel for Nu Skin Enterprises. Previously, he served as General Counsel and Director of Legal Affairs for Nu Skin International. He joined Nu Skin International in 1989 as Legal Counsel. Prior to joining Nu Skin Enterprises, he practiced business and corporate law. He is a former chairman of the Direct Selling Association's Government Relations Council and a member of DSA's Lawyer's and International Councils. Mr. Hartvigsen earned a bachelor’s degree in international relations, business and Chinese language from Brigham Young University and a J.D. degree from Brigham Young University's J. Reuben Clark Law School.

Keith Howe
Vice President, Internal Control and Internal Audit

Keith Howe came to Nu Skin Enterprises in 1998. Before joining the company, he served as a professor of accounting with the School of Accounting and Information Systems at Brigham Young University from 1980 to 1998. Mr. Howe's teaching and research emphasis was auditing—both internally and externally. During his time at BYU, he took a leave of absence to work in fraud and litigation support with a national accounting firm. He has consulted with Fortune 100 companies and accounting firms regarding auditing processes and internal audit training. His publications include articles and books in the fields of Internal Auditing and Accounting Education. He has an M.B.A. from the University of Utah and a Ph.D. in accounting from Arizona State University. He is active in the audit profession, having served with the International Institute of Internal Auditing's Board of Regents and Research Foundation. Mr. Howe is a Certified Internal Auditor.

Helen E. Knaggs, Ph.D.
Vice President, Nu Skin Global Research and Development

Dr. Helen Knaggs has more than 18 years of experience in skin research and product development. Her expertise in skin and hair biology has helped produce numerous publications and patents. She currently serves as vice president of Nu Skin Global Research and Development where she works closely with the Nu Skin Professional Advisory Board to identify the latest research and trends in skin care for the Nu Skin brand. Previous to her appointment at Nu Skin, Dr. Knaggs worked for Unilever in the United States and Asia. Most recently, she was the Southeast Asia development manager for skin care products and worked with the company's Aviance brand in Thailand. In addition, Dr. Knaggs spent several years as a research biochemist in the dermatology department of Leeds General Infirmary where her work involved clinical and lab research, interpretation of trial results and data reporting to corporate and scientific communities. Dr. Knaggs earned bachelor's degrees in biochemistry and pharmacology, and a doctorate degree from the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the University of Leeds, a premier institution in England.

Brian R. Lords
Vice President, Treasurer

Brian Lords serves as Vice President, Treasurer. Since joining the company in 1991 he has served in the finance capacities of Assistant Director of Finance and Accounting, Canadian Controller, Budget Director, Nu Skin International Controller and Senior Director of Finance/Treasurer. Prior to joining Nu Skin Enterprises, he worked as an auditor for the international accounting firm of Deloitte and Touche in Salt Lake City, Utah. Mr. Lords is a Certified Public Accountant, and earned a B.S. in accounting from the University of Utah and an M.B.A. from Utah State University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Utah Association of Certified Public Accountants and other business associations.

Bart A. Mangum
Vice President, Plan/Control Systems

Bart Mangum serves as Vice President of Plan and Control Systems. Prior to this position, he worked as Vice President of Operations for Nu Skin Enterprises, spent two years as Senior Director of Materials Management, served as the SAP implementation project leader, and was heavily involved in evaluating and recommending process and system improvements related to supply chain management activities. Before joining Nu Skin in 1994, he worked as Vice President of Manufacturing with Weider Nutrition, and as Director of Operations with Nature's Sunshine Products. He has more than 20 years experience in operations, supply chain management and manufacturing.

Bradley R. Morris
Vice President, Global Logistics and Fulfillment

Brad Morris serves as Vice President of Global Logistics and Fulfillment. He joined Nu Skin Enterprises in 1988 as a warehouseman and later became Warehouse Supervisor, Manager and Managing Director. He has served as the President of the Salt Lake Area Chapter of the Warehouse Education and Research Council. Mr. Morris earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix.

Chris Nielson
Vice President, Corporate Finance

Chris Nielson serves as Vice President of Corporate Finance. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Nielson served as Corporate Controller from 1997 to November 2002. From 1995 to 1996, he served as Assistant Director of New Market Development. Mr. Nielson is a Certified Public Accountant. Prior to joining Nu Skin Enterprises, Mr. Nielson worked for the accounting firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (formerly Coopers & Lybrand LLP). He earned a master’s and bachelor’s degree in accountancy from Brigham Young University.

Jack Petersen
Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Development

Jack Petersen serves as Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Development. Prior to this position, he served as Vice President of Business Development for Pharmanex. Jack has been actively involved in introducing the network marketing industry to the power of technological advances. He led the effort to develop the first VIP automated voice system for Nu Skin Enterprises. Before coming to the company, he served as Vice President and General Manager at 2021 Interactive. There, he helped develop marketing strategies for business startups and built complex compensation plans to revitalize failing companies. Prior to his involvement with 2021, he was an investment executive with Piper Jaffray.

Elizabeth Thibaudeau
Vice President, Global Brand Marketing

Elizabeth Thibaudeau serves as Vice President Global Marketing for Nu Skin Enterprises. Most recently she served as Vice President of Marketing and Message Branding for the Americas and Europe. She has been responsible for many marketing initiatives including the development and management of the product pipeline, as well as defining the strategic direction for marketing programs. Thibaudeau also oversaw the development and global launch of Nu Skin Clear Action, Epoch Baby, and Perennial Intense Body Moisturizer. She has a broad range of experience in domestic and foreign markets with a strong focus on new business and product opportunities. Before joining Nu Skin in 1996, Thibaudeau worked in the advertising industry. Thibaudeau earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from Brigham Young University.

Dane Van Pelt
Vice President, Finance, Tax and Customs

Dane Van Pelt was appointed Vice President of Finance, Tax and Customs in November 2002. Mr. Van Pelt has led the company's tax and customs department since 1992. Prior to joining Nu Skin Enterprises, he worked in the public accounting industry for 10 years. Most recently, he worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Los Angeles and Salt Lake City offices specializing in international tax. He is a member of the Tax Executives Institute, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Utah Association of Certified Public Accountants and is the chairman of the International Tax Committee for the Direct Selling Association. Mr. Van Pelt graduated from Brigham Young University with a Master's degree in Accounting, emphasis in taxation.
