Healthy Aging This rendering represents changes that we would expect with healthy lifestyle decisions, but without any plastic surgery or other intervening invasive procedures along the way. This woman takes an active role in her health. She cares for her skin, eats a balanced diet full of antioxidants, protects her environment and is most likely physically, mentally, physiologically and financially fit.
Accelerated Aging This rendering represents many aspects of accelerated aging that we commonly observe. These accelerated changes are due both to external and internal factors. You can see the aging—the freckling, the wrinkles, the pronounced loss of skin elasticity. She has not been diligent about protecting her skin, isn't conscious about her diet, doesn't take nutritional supplements and lets stress rule her life.
